PLEASE NOTE!
When signing up for events, members should be aware that they are not registered for the event until they have paid the advertised cost. Payment may be made on-line. All amounts paid are not refundable if the trip goes ahead.
CANCELLATIONS:
(This section needs to be changed) If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you should contact the coordinator to ask if there is a waiting list. If there is, the coordinator will notify the next person on the list. You will have to obtain payment from that person. If there is not, it will be your responsibility to find someone else to attend, and to inform the event coordinator that they will be going in your place. This is particularly important if a coach has been arranged for the trip, as the bus company, by law, requires a passenger list.
TRIP CANCELLATIONS:
If a trip is cancelled owing to lack of interest or other causes, members who have already registered and paid will receive full refunds.
